Return Policy:
This product is non returnable,Please dot not receive if the courier/parcel is damaged.
Cancelation Policy: You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped by sending an email with the subject “CDC Order Cancelation ” to coffeedotcom.customercare@gmail.com or whatsapp.Your Cancelation is valid only after acknowledgement received from us from coffeedotcom.customercare or whatsapp.
CANCELLING AFTER SHIPPING:
If the product is shipped ,you cannot cancel, if still opted for Cancelation then shipping fee will be obtained from the customer only.
For Membership Customers:
If Cancelation is done after shipping, still Shipping charges will be taken from customers even if u have free shipping or any offer given in shipping.
Refund Process :
Getting Your Money back :
Refund will be processed only after we received the product back. We might use the same method you used to pay or we can give you store credits or send directly to your bank account. Once after receiving bank details from you. Please allow 5-10 working days for the Refund to be processed.
Prepaid Orders:
Refund will done to the original mode of payment or the bank account details sent by customers, which ever is possible by coffee dot com.
Cash on delivery Orders(COD) :
In Case of COD Orders Refund transactions will be conducted to the customer designated bank account, the process may take from 5-10 days to reflect in the bank account, customers are instructed to furnish their bank account details via whatsapp chat or email for the requisite Refund process
DECISIONS BY COMPANY :
We get the final say on damaged products and on giving Refund, the Return and Refund rules might change without prior intimation.
